Beachmoor Condos

Dried-In Roofing was brought in to replace the roof on this 12-story beachfront condominium in Naples, Florida. The existing modified bitumen roof had suffered long-term hurricane damage and required a complete system removal and replacement.

We performed core cuts and a thermal scan to identify wet insulation, then stripped the roof down to the lightweight concrete deck. A 60-mil fleece-back TPO system was fully adhered using low-rise foam adhesive. We replaced all flashings with Kynar-coated aluminum and installed new code-approved A/C racks. Mechanical upgrades were completed in coordination with MEP contractors.

The result is a durable, high-performance roofing system built to withstand Florida’s coastal conditions.
