Elks Lodge Repair

Repair at Elks Lodge. Client had three obsolete and abandoned mechanical units on the roof that were not in use. They were leaking constantly. They were removed off of the roof, installed new decking, underlayment, and shingles to eliminate problem. Coordinated with the client’s mechanical contractor to ensure that everything was handled properly.
