Dried In LLC completed a comprehensive 5,703-square-foot commercial roofing renovation on Gordon Drive in Naples, Florida. The project involved the complete removal of the existing modified bitumen roofing system and installation of a new Elevate 60-mil TPO roofing system with fully tapered insulation designed to improve drainage and long-term performance. The scope also included extensive custom-fabricated 16-ounce copper flashing and edge metal, 17 retrofit roof drains, new skylights, mechanical equipment walkway pads, and stucco restoration.
