The client contacted us regarding persistent leaks from their aging metal patio roof. Rather than opting for a costly full replacement, we provided a long-term, budget-friendly solution by applying a liquid waterproofing system that cures into a seamless, monolithic membrane.

To begin, our crew thoroughly pressure-washed the roof to remove dirt, debris, and loose particulates, ensuring a clean surface for proper adhesion. Once dry, a metal primer was applied across the entire roof to prepare it for the waterproofing layers.

Next, we reinforced all seams and penetrations—typically the most leak-prone areas—using a flashing-grade liquid membrane combined with a high-strength fabric. The final step involved applying the liquid waterproofing membrane over the entire roof, creating a fully bonded, watertight surface.

The result is a durable, energy-efficient roofing system that not only stops current leaks but also extends the roof’s life by up to 10 years.
