Metal Patio Coating Repair – Bonita Springs

Client called with persistent leaks from their metal patio roof. We were able to extend the life of the roof significantly without breaking the bank using a liquid applied waterproofing system that when dry, creates a monolithic roofing system.

Our crew thoroughly cleaned the roof with a pressure washer to remove any loose dirt or particulates and then applied a metal primer over the entire roof surface to prepare the surface for liquid waterproofing products. We used a flashing-grade liquid membrane with reinforcement fabric at all seams and penetrations to protect the most vulnerable areas. The result once the waterproofing is applied is a watertight, energy efficient solution to aging roofs. This application can extend the life of the roof up to 10 years.
