Our Daily Food Bank Re-Roof

A general contractor hired us to help with the renovation of this building for the Our Daily Food Bank. The existing roof was in bad shape, with an old and deteriorating tile roof. There were significant areas of rotten and damaged plywood and rafters that required repair.

We removed the tile and replaced over 70 sheets of plywood on the roof. We installed new high-temperature self-adhered underlayment directly to the plywood decking. The metal roof that was installed is a standing seam metal roof in a premium green color. We finished the project with the installation of new gutters and downspouts.

The client has a roof that will last for decades.
