Property Manger TPO Roof Repair
Repair of TPO roof for a property manager. TPO wasn't properly flashed at the stucco wall. They applied liquid flashing, embedded fabric into the liquid flashing, then applied more liquid flashing. They then installed a surface mount counter flashing to finish the repair.
