Plaza Halstatt

Plaza Halstatt is a new construction commercial project consisting of two buildings, including retail space and a Starbucks Coffee location.

Retail Building

Dried-In installed Polyglass TU Plus underlayment with a concrete tile roofing system, along with an Elevate (Firestone) TPO roofing system featuring tapered insulation designed to direct water toward the roof drains.

Starbucks Building

The Starbucks building received an Elevate (Firestone) TPO roofing system with tapered insulation and a 20-year No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty. Dried-In also installed 24-gauge steel coping and flashings fabricated from Kynar-finished metal, backed by 20-year warranties.

Built for long-term performance.

As with all Dried-In new construction commercial roofing projects, the completed roofs include a complimentary two-year maintenance agreement.
