Smist Residence
Dried In was part of a new construction build that had many different forms of roofing installed. We did a tile roof with mitered hips and ridges, giving it a seamless almost pyramid look from the ground. We installed a metal roofing at multiple ledges proving beautiful accent roofs to the tile. We installed a TPO flat roof on top, in which we installed tapered insulation which slopes the roof away from the center and allows water to properly drain off the sides.
The highlight is the custom copper conductor heads at the front of the house. These were custom made to fit under the edge of the roof and to seamlessly hug tight to the soffit. Inside these copper collector boxes is a stainless steel drainage box which was soldered shut to ensure a watertight seal.
