Waterfront Residence – Naples, FL

This was a new construction project. This roof has a 2-ply underlayment system that is warranted for 30 years along with an aluminum standing seam metal roof with a 20-year Kynar Finish warranty. The flat roof at the top is a 60-mil TPO system fully adhered to tapered insulation. The system is engineered to meet the wind speeds on the coast and looks great too.
