At Dried-In Roofing, excellence isn’t just a goal, it’s our standard. That’s why we’re proud to participate in National Roofing Week, an annual celebration led by the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) to highlight the importance of the roofing industry and the professionals who work hard to protect what matters most: our homes, businesses, and communities.

Each day of National Roofing Week brings a new theme, and today’s focus is on “Signature Projects,” standout jobs that demonstrate craftsmanship, technical expertise, and problem-solving under challenging conditions. At Dried-In, we’ve been privileged to work on many unique and demanding roofing projects across Southwest Florida. Today, we’re highlighting a few that reflect the precision, care, and innovation we bring to every job site.

Seven Shores Amenity Buildings – Standing Seam Metal Roofing (Naples, FL)

Our team was brought in for the Seven Shores development to install a sleek and durable standing seam metal roofing system on several new amenity buildings. We began by applying Polystick MTS underlayment over the entire wood deck to ensure a moisture barrier that would withstand Florida’s unpredictable weather.

The main roof installation consisted of 1-3/4” Snap-lock standing seam panels, which we mechanically fastened using clips and fasteners to ensure superior wind resistance. Prior to installation, we collaborated with the general contractor to provide detailed shop drawings and job-specific engineering, a critical step to guarantee code compliance and longevity in this coastal environment.

The result? A beautiful, modern roof system with a 20-year Kynar paint finish warranty, both high-performance and visually striking.

Beachmoor Condo – TPO Re-Roof (Naples, FL)

Re-roofing the 12-story Beachmoor Condominium was no small feat. Following years of damage from multiple hurricanes, the roof required complete replacement. Before any work began, we conducted core cuts and a thermal scan to accurately assess the roof’s condition.

We then removed the aged modified bitumen system down to the lightweight concrete deck, making way for a 60-mil Fleece-back TPO system, fully adhered for long-term durability. All metal flashings were upgraded to .040” aluminum with a Kynar finish, ensuring corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.

In collaboration with other trades, we also replaced the A/C support racks with new, code-compliant aluminum units. The project wrapped up in just five weeks, and the owners now benefit from a 20-year NDL (No Dollar Limit) warranty, peace of mind for decades to come.

Boca Grande Residence – TPO Roof Recover (Boca Grande, FL)

After Hurricane Milton, this Boca Grande homeowner noticed leaks forming around the A/C area of their flat roof. Our inspection revealed the existing roof could support a recovery, a cost-effective and efficient solution when the substrate remains sound.

We installed a ½” insulated coverboard and then a fully adhered TPO membrane, adding TPO walkway pads around the mechanical units to protect the roof during future service visits. The homeowner now enjoys a clean, leak-free home and a 20-year system warranty, without the disruption of a full tear-off.

Sarasota Residence – Asphalt Shingle Re-Roof (Sarasota, FL)

Hurricane Milton also made its mark on this Sarasota residence, tearing through the existing shingle roof. We stripped the roof down to the plywood deck, replaced damaged decking and fascia, and installed a new asphalt shingle system built to last.

This re-roof included a lifetime warranty, giving the homeowner confidence that their investment is protected. From emergency repairs to final cleanup, this project is a great example of our rapid response and quality workmanship under pressure.
